White Tail Deer

Northern Minnesota's St. Louis County is home to big whitetail bucks. Your guide's personal best is a 145 inch 12 pt., but bucks in the 170 class are not out of the question in this part of the country. The trick to harvesting these deer is providing good nutrition and cover areas on private property, or seeking out areas with little hunting pressure, where antler development has a chance to reach its full potential.
